At Maison Augustine, our gluten free petits fours reflect our approach to modern French pâtisserie. Rather than simple bite-sized sweets, they are miniature desserts, crafted using classic techniques and distinctive recipes to offer a true pâtisserie moment in a smaller format.

 

Each box, from L’Intemporelle to La Grande Fête, is composed of our gluten free House Classics petits fours, creating a harmonious tasting experience across fruit, chocolate and nut-based creations.

 

Designed to be shared, our petits fours allow guests to discover several desserts in one elegant collection.

Lemon Meringue Tart (GF)

Buckwheat sablée tart, almond and lemon sponge, lemon crémeux and crispy French meringue.

For the perfect tasting experience, we recommend 3 petits fours per person.

  • Storage

    Petits fours should be kept refrigerated until serving. We recommend removing them from the fridge 15 minutes before tasting to allow the flavours and textures to fully develop.

  • Transport

    We recommend bringing an ice box or insulated bag with ice packs.

    Each petit four is carefully secured to the box using a small amount of edible glue, ensuring the desserts remain stable during transport.

  • Shelf life

    Petits fours will keep for up to 3 days when refrigerated, however they are best enjoyed on the day of pickup or the following day for optimal texture.

  • The Collection

    Boxes are composed from our House Classics collection, and a seasonal creation may occasionally be included.

  • Gluten-Free Notice
