These cookies are Maison Augustine’s signature comfort treat, made using our L’Original – The Classic French Cookie Mix, a recipe refined over months to achieve the perfect balance: golden and slightly crisp on the outside, soft and chewy inside, with generous chunks of chocolate in every bite.
Baked in small batches from home.
A word from the chef:
After months of testing and retesting, I finally recreated the cookie that defined my childhood trips to the boulangerie in France. The one I would buy warm, still melting with chocolate, soft in the centre, so buttery... and of course crisp at the edges!
They are crafted with a blend of handcutted French dark chocolate and creamy Australian milk chocolate chunks for the perfect balance, three types of sugar for that unmistakable French bakery texture, and a delicate touch of fleur de sel to lift every bite.
Contain Dairy and gluten but NO nuts.
