What is an Entremet?

 

An entremet is a modern French layered cake designed to combine different textures and flavours in one refined dessert experience. Unlike a traditional sponge cake, an entremet is made of multiple delicate components such as mousse, creamy inserts, crunchy layers and soft cake bases, carefully assembled to create balance in every bite.

 

Our Red Berry & Coconut Entremet features a vibrant raspberry and strawberry mousse layered with a dense almond and coconut lime cake, a silky coconut pannacotta with fresh raspberries, and a delicate croustillant made with fine French crispy crêpe, roasted coconut shred and almond praline for a light crisp texture. Finished with a refined coconut tourbillon décor, vanilla chantilly, handmade sugar flowers, and freeze dried crushed raspberries. This entremet is fresh, creamy and balanced with bright berry notes and subtle tropical coconut freshness.
