Our cakes and petits fours are best enjoyed on the day of pickup or delivery. They can be refrigerated for up to 2 days. For the best taste and texture, let them sit at room temperature for 15–30 minutes before serving.

All Maison Augustine petits fours and celebration cakes are delicate creations, made with light mousses, fine icing, and fresh ingredients that can melt easily in warm temperatures.
To keep them perfect, please bring an ice box or cooler bag with ice packs when collecting your order.
Each dessert is carefully secured inside its box, petits fours are even held in place with a touch of caramel to prevent movement, but it’s essential to keep them cold during transport to preserve them from moving, keep their texture and finish.

Yes, you can cancel or modify your order up to 72 hours before the scheduled pickup or delivery. After this period, refunds are not possible as preparation has already started. To make changes, email us at maisonaugustine.au@gmail.com as soon as possible.
