Orders placed by midnight on the "Order Day" will be ready for the earliest pickup or delivery date or on the date you selected that comes after that day.

Flat local delivery fee: $15
Free delivery on orders over $150.

Friday Local Delivery:
Local delivery is currently available every Friday between 9am and 12pm across selected Newcastle postcodes.

As we carefully organise multiple deliveries throughout Newcastle, exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed.

Maison Augustine creations are delicate and best enjoyed the day they are delivered.
If not consumed shortly after delivery, we recommend storing your order in the refrigerator until serving. They will last for up to 3 days.

Pickup is available from our home kitchen in North Lambton, NSW 2299.
The exact pickup address will be provided after checkout and in your confirmation email.
At the chekout, you will be able to choose a pickup day and a 15 minutes pickup window.
Our pickup process is designed to ensure your order is beautifully finished, fresh, and ready to enjoy.

Pickup Protocol:
Upon arrival, please ring the bell and we will personally bring your order to the front door.
As Maison Augustine creations are delicate, we strongly recommend bringing an esky or cooler bag to help keep your desserts fresh and secure on the way home.

Timing Is Important:
Please arrive within your selected pickup window.
Many of our creations are finished and packed shortly before collection to ensure the best possible presentation and quality.

If you expect to arrive more than 15 minutes late, please send us a text message using the phone number provided on your order confirmation.
