Pickup Hours:
• Monday – Friday: 1:00pm – 5:00pm
• Saturday: 11:00am – 1:00pm

DELIVERY SERVICE
Our cake delivery policy is designed to offer flexibility and convenience while ensuring that your order is delivered as close as possible to your preferred time. Here’s an overview:
- Customizable Delivery Time:
You can choose your desired delivery date and time when placing your order. Feel free to ask for a different time by leaving us a note at the checkout. We will do our best to make it possible.
- Delivery Time Frame:
Although we will do our best to meet your chosen time slot, please note that due to potential high demand and multiple orders in the same time frame, we cannot guarantee 100% on-time delivery.
- Preparation and Parking:
Please ensure that there is easy parking access at your delivery location and that someone is available to accept the delivery.
- Post-Delivery Storage:
If you are not able to consume the cake within an hour after delivery, it is recommended to store it in the fridge to maintain its quality.
This policy helps us manage logistics better while giving you the flexibility to receive your cake at a time that works best for you.

PICK UP SERVICE
Our cake pickup service is designed to ensure that your cake is fresh and perfectly finished upon collection. Here are the key details:
- Pickup Protocol:
Our cakes are baked from home, in North Lambton 2299 - NSW. The exact address will be provided after the checkout and per email. Upon arrival, ring the bell and I will personally meet you at the front with your order. Please bring an esky/cooler when you come to pick up your order, so your desserts stay fresh and safe on the way home.
- Timing Is Everything:
Please do not arrive before your scheduled pickup time. To maintain the cake's peak quality, the final touch-up is done at the very last minute. Arriving early could mean that your cake might not be ready yet.
- Communication for Delays:
If you expect to be more than 15 minutes late, kindly notify us by sending us a text (phone number is on your invoice) thank you.
