A reimagined French Bûche de Noël, handcrafted by Maison Augustine to capture the spirit of Christmas with indulgence and elegance.
Inspired by the classic Black Forest cake, this festive log combines layers of soft chocolate sponge, smooth vanilla chantilly, and rich dark chocolate crémeux, brought together with Amarena cherries, prized Italian cherries known for their deep colour, natural sweetness, and delicate texture. They are preserved without alcohol, offering pure fruit flavour that perfectly balances the chocolate.
For this creation, Chef Charline added her own gourmet touch, a swirl of hazelnut paste blended into the chocolate crémeux, making the Yule Log even more decadent, velvety, and irresistibly appetising.
Each log is decorated with elegant white chocolate snowflakes, a dark chocolate disc reading “Merry Christmas”, more dark chocolate crémeux, a vanilla mousse and hazelnut praliné for a festive finishing touch worthy of your holiday table.
The result is a dessert that feels both traditional and new, a comforting Christmas classic with a Maison Augustine twist.
- Each Yule log is about 900gr and will serve 10 to 12 people.

Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.Remove from the fridge 20 minutes before serving to enjoy its full flavour and silky texture.
